Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Maintain safe, efficient production by supporting plant operations and mobile equipment activities* Perform general labor tasks including housekeeping, shoveling, cleanup, and material handling* Assist with routine maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs of plant equipment* Follow safety procedures and actively contribute to a strong safety culture* Support production goals by working collaboratively with plant and site personnel**What Are We Looking For*** Demonstrated ability to work safely in an industrial or outdoor environment* Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn plant operations and equipment* Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines consistently* Dependable work habits with strong teamwork and communication skills* Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, standing, and working in variable conditions**Conditions of Employment*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing**Work Environment*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.**What We Offer*** $18.06 to $24.24 per hour* 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions* Highly competitive benefits programs, including:
