## Job Description# Sr Business Analyst* Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements across the full project lifecycle* Translate regulatory and operational needs into clear functional specifications and acceptance criteria* Support federal and state certification efforts by ensuring requirements align with compliance expectations* Track and manage changes, risks, issues, and defects while clearly communicating impacts* Contribute to project planning, estimation, and continuous process improvement initiatives* Strong experience in business and systems analysis within complex, multi‐program environments* Hands-on experience with requirements documentation and traceability* Familiarity with certification, compliance, and regulatory-driven projects* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills* Bachelor’s degree required* Prior experience supporting government or public sector programs* Experience with large enterprise system implementations*Apex Systems is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
