Job Summary
CLGT Solutions is seeking a Sr. Regulatory Analyst to provide expert-level guidance on labor certification regulations, case processing policies, and program integrity requirements to ensure accurate and compliant adjudication support. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Supervisory Responsibilities
N/A
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Interpret and apply regulatory requirements (INA, 20 CFR 655 & 656)
Provide guidance on complex case reviews, audits, and appeals
Support integrity reviews, employer verification, and compliance checks
Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process improvements
Advise leadership on policy changes and operational impacts
Assist with training and mentoring staff
Review high-risk or escalated cases and provide recommendations to Certifying Officers
Required Experience, Skills and Abilities
7+ years experience in immigration/labor certification or similar regulatory programs
Demonstrated expertise in case adjudication processes
Education and Other Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
U.S. citizenship with eligibility for a suitability clearance
Clean background check
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree preferred
Experience supporting federal programs (DOL, DHS, USCIS)
Strong analytical and regulatory interpretation skills
Physical Demands
Primarily sedentary office work.
Position Environment, Type & Hours of Work
Full-time, exempt, at client site located in Washington, DC, with potential for some hybrid work; standard business hours.
Travel
No travel is expected with this position.
