CLOVEHITCH is seeking Team Leads to provide day-to-day operational oversight of case processing activities, ensuring productivity, quality, and compliance with DOL OFLC performance standards. This role supervises staff performing application review, data entry, and case adjudication support. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Supervise case processing staff across programs (H-2A, H-2B, PERM, Prevailing Wage)
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Monitor daily production targets and workflow queues (e.g., cases/day throughput)
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (INA, 20 CFR 655/656)
Conduct quality reviews and implement corrective actions
Coordinate workload distribution to meet timeliness standards
Serve as primary escalation point for complex or sensitive cases
Support audits, appeals preparation, and documentation review
Provide status reporting to Program Manager and Government stakeholders
Ensure adherence to Quality Control (QC) plan and performance metrics
Required Experience, Skills and Abilities
5+ years experience in case processing, adjudication support, or program operations
2+ years supervisory experience
Knowledge of labor certification programs or similar regulatory environments
Education and Other Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
Due to federal contract requirements, this position is restricted to U.S. citizens with eligibility for a suitability clearance
Clean background check
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with FLAG or similar case management systems
Data-driven performance management (dashboards, KPIs)
Strong leadership and workforce coordination skills
Physical Demands
Primarily sedentary office work.
Position Environment, Type & Hours of Work
Full-time, exempt, at client site located in Washington, DC, with potential for some hybrid work; standard business hours.
Travel
Some travel may be required.
