Procurement Specialist
At Regnology, you will contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide procurement processes and systems, ensuring constant availability, cost effectiveness, integrity, and end-user satisfaction. You will manage the purchasing of goods and services at the company level, identify potential supplier sources, conduct interviews, negotiate agreements, and manage vendor contracts.
Responsibilities
Serve as the interface between end users, departments, and IT suppliers.
Support and advise end users and departments in procurement planning and supplier onboarding.
Manage procurement portals and assist end users in using their functions.
Oversee the purchase order process from start to finish for all budgets, ensuring correct accounting procedures.
Maintain the central contract and license management system, inventorying licenses, contracts, and other assets.
Adhere to company procurement policies and procedures.
Process procurement requests via the IT service management system.
Recommend improvements in workflow, procedures, and documentation related to procurement systems.
Perform special projects, assignments, and program component coordination, supporting procedural development.
Qualifications
Relevant experience as a buyer or procurement administrator.
Experience with commercial contracts at a corporate level (plus).
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or an economics field.
Fluent in English (mandatory).
High attention to detail.
Good understanding of business documents.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite, esp. Word & Excel.
Ability to quickly learn software solutions and contract management tools.
