Opportunity
Based in El Segundo, CA, you will manage sourcing execution for your assigned category—Commercial, Tech, People, or Operations—primarily across North America (U.S. and Canada), with exposure to global initiatives and supplier negotiations. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus. You’ll lead sourcing projects above $250K, ensuring cost efficiency, supplier performance, and compliance.
Impact
Lead end-to-end sourcing projects and contract negotiations.
Conduct spend and market analysis to identify savings opportunities.
Partner with stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business goals.
Manage supplier relationships, ensuring service and compliance.
Support regional and global initiatives to harmonize sourcing processes.
Collaborate with Finance and Legal to manage contracts and savings validation.
Maintain accurate data and process discipline within Coupa.
Qualifications
6+ years in procurement or sourcing within your category area.
Proven skills in negotiation, supplier management, and analytics.
Strong Excel and reporting capabilities.
Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration.
Experience with Coupa or similar systems preferred.
Bachelor’s degree required; certification a plus.
Proficiency in additional languages and international negotiation experience are valued.

The pay range is indicative of projected hiring range, however base pay will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.
