Senior Analyst, Indirect Procurement (Remote)

What You Will Do
As part of the Indirect Procurement function, you will support the Professional Services procurement team. Your role focuses on cost improvement, sourcing, supplier selection and onboarding, negotiations, and contract management. You will collaborate with business units, divisions, and regions to identify cost‑saving opportunities, support negotiation of terms and volume discounts, and manage key analyses that shape future spend profiling. The role demands an interest in technology trends, market forces, and supplier roadmaps, and requires compliance with company policies.

Develop and apply spend analysis and procurement methodologies in support of sourcing opportunities, preferred supplier utilization, and policy compliance.

Support IP group procurement teams and leaders with Coupa‑related RFx and analytics to enable functional KPI achievement.

Manage the internal supplier information process, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and resolve interface failures.

Coordinate with suppliers, technical resources, and data experts to deliver long‑term solutions and mitigate future risk.

Establish subject‑matter expertise within the procurement category, Coupa, and related tools and processes.

Work with cross‑functional teams to drive process improvements related to Coupa, the Stryker buying process, and IP operations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand needs, strategies, and drive alignment across business lines.

Support category strategies through market assessments, pricing analysis, and assessment of internal and external influences.

Ensure suppliers comply with service‑level agreements and regulatory requirements while maintaining productive relationships and staying current on industry trends.

Collaborate with internal customers to understand needs and review budget requirements.

Conduct qualitative and quantitative supplier analyses, evaluate spend data, and develop category strategies to generate savings and opportunities.

Communicate sourcing decisions and updates across levels, resolve supplier‑client issues, and contribute to ongoing process and system improvements.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree (Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance/Accounting or related field) – required.

Minimum 2 years of experience in supply‑chain or indirect/direct purchasing organization, or supporting functions (finance, engineering, IT).

Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement systems (Coupa, Ariba, SAP, etc).

Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics, Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.

Preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

SQL or other coding experience.

USN: $66,500 - $101,800 USD annual

US5: $69,800 - $106,900 USD annual

US10: $73,200 - $112,000 USD annual

US15: $76,500 - $117,100 USD annual

US20: $79,800 - $122,200 USD annual

US30: $86,500 - $132,300 USD annual
