Waverly‑Shell Rock Community School District seeks a dedicated and enthusiastic Math and Science Teacher to join our middle school team.
Position Details:
School: Waverly‑Shell Rock Middle School
Start Date: 2026‑2027 School Year
Hours: 7:45 am to 3:45 pm
Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging Math and Science instruction
Collaborate with grade‑level and content area team members
Provide differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
Maintain effective classroom management and foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
Assess student work, provide meaningful feedback, and maintain accurate records
Communicate regularly and effectively with students, families, and administration
Participate actively in team meetings and professional learning communities
Support the school’s mission of growing, learning, and leading
Contribute to a culture where all students experience belonging, opportunity, and achievement
