R0457182**Job Details:****SUMMARY:** The position is responsible for performing Finance related reporting responsibilities, assisting in the management of the accounts receivable process, performing and reviewing accounting procedures at month-end, and back-up payroll administration. The successful candidate must have a strong knowledge of accounting principles, strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and the ability to work both independently and in close collaboration with others.The role will partner with management and staff to effectively plan, forecast, and monitor expenses for the organization. The role will contribute to the preparation and analysis of the monthly forecast, estimate quarterly projection, annual operating plan, and long-range plan.
The role will perform P&L reporting, execute financial analyses in support of the business, perform various activities as part of the close forecasting annual planning, deliver timely and accurate financial reporting to support the business, and support with any other duties assigned.Accounts receivable responsibilities include research and resolution of credit or outstanding balances on customer accounts, management of payment terms. Other responsibilities for accounts receivable include the monthly review of balance sheet reconciliations and income statement related balances preparing routine and ad hoc reporting, as needed.
Additional accounting responsibilities will include journal entries for miscellaneous revenue, processing payroll, and balance sheet account reconciliations and other needs as they arise.**REQUIREMENTS:** **Experience:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finanace with 2+ years of progressive experience in the field.
**Accountability Role:** Supervises a team of mostly non‐exempt TMs; mentors exempt TMs; provides training; monitors work quality; coaches performance; contributes to pay decisions and changes; responsible for team output quality.
**Computer Skills:** Excellent Excel skills required; Access preferred. Must be proficient with spreadsheets and data across multiple applications. SAP experience preferred. Strong working knowledge of transactional accounting, multi‐system integration, and GAAP. Requires solid understanding of cost accounting, process improvement, monthly close, journal entry preparation, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.**Biosecurity:** When visiting biosecure jobsites, showering before entry is required. Company provides appropriate clothing and footwear. No jewelry allowed except medical ID. Must agree to avoid avian species (chickens, ducks, birds). Must always follow the Company Animal Welfare Policy.**Superivsory:**
