Expertise in Customs Brokerage is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
Support gathering and documentation of requirements for multiple system migration efforts (legacy to modern).
Responsibilities will include:
Gathering and documenting requirements.
Managing stakeholder expectations.
Coordinating with development teams on requirements clarifications and hand-off.
Supporting the Product Management function within the department.
