This position is ideal for someone ready to step into a supervisory role, strengthen leadership skills, and take on greater responsibility within a guest-focused, team-oriented environment. The Supervisor assists with day-to-day oversight of staff, programming, and facility operations across amenities, including pools, arcade, escape rooms, VR, fitness, and outdoor courts. Responsibilities include supporting team members during shifts, helping coordinate coverage, handling daily deposits, assisting with activities, and maintaining a consistently high standard of guest service. This role offers the opportunity to build supervisory experience, develop leadership confidence, and play an important part in helping create the fun, welcoming atmosphere that defines the Massanutten guest experience.
Required
Must be 18 years or older
Current CPR certification (we will train)
Preferred
Previous supervisory experience
Knowledge of resort operations and procedures
Typical Schedule
Days: Varies, includes weekend and holiday shifts. Includes weekends, holidays, morning, and evening shifts.
Hours: Rotating: day and evening shifts. 24 to 30 hours a week.
Core Responsibilities
Supervise Woodstone Recreation and Real Escapes operations and staff and upholding company standards
Troubleshoot issues with escape room and activity registrations
Lead the Archery program
Monitor staff to ensure effective task completion of departmental goals and assignmentsConflict mediation with guests and employees
Uphold sanitization requirements for equipment
Ensure that all accounting and end of the day paperwork is completed correctly
Other duties as assigned by management
