Guidewire Delivery Program Manager -
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally with software implementation projects.
o Experience in the insurance industry is highly preferred.
o Experience with Guidewire and PolicyCenter.
o Proven track record of successfully managing projects to completion
*Additional details:
More than just functional understanding of PolicyCenter
Prefer most recent versions of Guidewire.
Must be a hands-on manager with grip around Requirements management, sequencing, putting up Implementation plan layering the dependencies and executing against it.
Experience around Guidewire policy Implementation with many customizations
Experience with Guidewire Surepath methodology.
Experience with large Scale Guidewire implementation.
Provide any examples around execution & associated Challenges- requirement volatility, Risks/Issues, Delivery metrices etc. We can reject him for Project/Program Manager role.
