Desktop Support Technician
We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician for an onsite, 4+ month contracting opportunity with a strong likelihood of extensions. Candidates will support desktop and laptop deployments for clinical and administrative staff and provide basic end user support during rollouts.
This position will be onsite at a local health system and will be a M-F, 3pm - 11pm EDT schedule. Candidates with experience in supporting healthcare environments are strongly encouraged to apply. Reliable transportation is required to be considered for this position.

Schedule : 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Position Type : Contract/W2 Hourly
Start Date:
ASAP
Previous Experience Required : Min. 2 years of previous experience required
Responsibilities
Deploy desktops, laptops, and related hardware
Install, configure, and update software based on user needs
Provide initial technical support to end users during deployment
Coordinate with the desktop team to complete deployments with minimal disruption
Ensure systems meet security, privacy, and HIPAA standards
Qualifications
Entry level IT support experience of at least 2 years
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work onsite during the required hours
Healthcare support experience is a plus
Must be able to work on a W2 Contract
