Duties
The Global Markets Pre-Trade IT team is committed to providing dependable and timely IT solutions for Global Macro (Rates, FX), Equity/Securities Lending, and Credit sectors. The team engages in all phases of application development, including gathering user requirements, analysis, design, implementation, delivery, support, and maintenance, all within an agile framework.
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our e-Trading group and assist with the integration of ION technologies. This role is based in New York City, where the candidate will be responsible for gathering user requirements, writing specifications, conducting tests, and providing Level 2 support.
Roles and responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed functional specifications and use cases to guide development teams.
• Facilitate communication between business units, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals and deliverables.
• Participate in the testing and validation of new features and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Provide ongoing support to users, addressing inquiries and assisting with training as needed.
Skills
• 5 to 9 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting ION products in a front-office environment.
• Good understanding of Global Markets activities.
• Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, FIX messages).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management practices.
• Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

The salary range for the Associate position will be between $115,000 - $145,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.
The salary range for the VP position will be between $145,000 - $180,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.
