Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis / Project Management:
Collaborate closely with user representatives (traders, operations personnel, accounting etc.) to gather and document business requirements.
Conduct and document impact and gap analyses.
Evaluate IT solutions to determine the best fit for business needs.
Develop detailed functional specifications for IT development teams.
Define and execute test scripts.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Engage in project scoping and planning, progress reporting, and the identification and management of issues and risks, ensuring effective communication throughout.
Proxy Product Owner:

Refine business requests before adding to the backlog
Build out and maintain the product backlog by writing epics and user stories
Set the priority of work for the team as per the Business-IT governance
Ensure compliance of deliverables with risks, security policies and architecture and technology standard
Engage in project scoping and planning, progress reporting, and the identification and management of issues and risks, ensuring effective communication throughout.
Functional Support / Maintenance:

Provide day-to-day support for Booking and Back Office applications, including booking, straight-through processing, settlement, clearing, reporting, and accounting.

The salary range for this Director position will be between $170,000 - $220,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance
