4 Corner Resources is seeking a Legal Patient Advocate to support a leading patient advocacy organization. This role is ideal for someone with a strong paralegal background who can guide patients and families through complex legal and medical decisions with empathy and clarity.

Patient Advocate Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for patients, gathering detailed intake information and exposure history
Qualify leads and determine appropriate legal or medical support pathways
Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls (75-120 daily)
Guide patients and families through asbestos-related and complex legal processes
Connect individuals with a vetted legal network and ensure a smooth handoff
Maintain accurate, detailed documentation in Salesforce CRM
Act as a patient advocate, ensuring legal needs are being supported by internal and external partners
Collaborate with medical experts and internal teams to simplify complex legal concepts
Patient Advocate Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies preferred
Paralegal certificate strongly preferred
3+ years of experience in legal intake, paralegal work, or high-volume call center environment
Experience in personal injury, medical malpractice, mass torts, or class action cases is a plus
Familiarity with asbestos-related claims preferred
Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and dialer tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously

Onsite in Downtown Orlando
Schedule:

Monday-Friday, with one evening shift per week (11am-7pm); optional weekend shift (11am-5pm) with a flex day off (Friday or Monday).
