Business Systems Analyst
Key Responsibilities
Define logical
functional requirements
that trace back to business needs, collaborating with the
lead developer
to ensure alignment with technical design.
Formulate precise
statements of business, scientific, or engineering requirements
to guide system development.
Develop key project documentation, including
Functional Specification Documents (FSD) ,
Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM) , and
Technical Specifications , in partnership with technical teams.
Research and evaluate
alternative technical solutions , recommending the most
efficient and cost-effective
designs that consider system capabilities, available technologies, and performance constraints.
Partner with
development, operations, and technical support teams
throughout all project phases to ensure successful design, development, and implementation.
Prepare
charts, tables, and diagrams
to analyze and communicate complex problems, leveraging
business, scientific, or engineering techniques
when needed.
Identify and analyze
system logic issues , revising logic and procedures as necessary to improve performance and maintainability.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience working with
SaaS platforms .
Practical knowledge of
APIs
and system integration principles.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management capabilities.
