
Associate Attorney

We are looking for a dedicated and ambitious attorney to join a successful civil litigation firm in San Francisco, California. Willing to train junior attorneys, or bring on skilled PI litigators looking for a better opportunity!
Responsibilities
Represent clients in civil litigation cases, ensuring their interests are effectively advocated in court.
Draft and file motions, briefs, and other legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and arguments.
Manage discovery processes, including reviewing and analyzing relevant evidence.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and prepare for trial.
Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials to present and defend client positions.
Maintain clear and precise communication with clients, keeping them informed about case progress.
Ensure compliance with legal procedures, deadlines, and court requirements.
Work closely with other attorneys and staff to support the overall success of the firm.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to civil litigation.
Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in the state of California.
0-5+ years of experience practicing law, with a preference for experience in personal injury cases.
Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with clients and colleagues.
A genuine interest in pursuing a career as a trial lawyer.
