Job Summary
The Table Games Dual Rate Supervisor manages the casino table game operations, overseeing dealers and protecting assets while ensuring high-quality guest service to create a favorable, engaging game experience, and regulatory compliance
How You Will Create the Extraordinary
Acknowledges, greets, and converses in English with customers who approach the Table Games area
Monitors game activity and resolves issues, disputes, and correct errors as needed
Control gaming cards and equipment, and uses tables, shoes, and paddle correctly
Ensure winning bets are accurately and promptly paid and correct any Dealer errors as required
Manage administration of Table fills and credits, player ratings and rundowns
Assist in monitoring staffing levels to maintain full coverage and budgetary compliance
Analyze guest’s play to monitor for cheating, scams, card counters, and unusual or suspicious variations in play
Maintain strict confidentiality relative to financial information, company policies and procedures, and team and guest information
Have complete knowledge of all casino events and promotional activities
Keep assigned work area in a clean and orderly manner
Ensure the safety and security of guests and team members
Comply with all policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned or any reasonable request from any member of management
What You Will Need
Must possess excellent customer relations and communication skills and be able to speak, read, write, and understand the English language
High School Diploma or GED required
Technical school education or previous casino experience in dealing table games is preferred
Must be at least 19 years of age to work in the Casino
Proficiency in all games offered; training will be provided for the right candidate
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License
Must be able to follow and understand directions
Able to add monies and chips to properly payout winning bets
Communicate appropriately with all departments and fellow team members
Good eye-hand coordination
Must be able to have a good relationship with co-workers and work as a team; must present a well-groomed appearance
Knowledge of theft techniques
Additional Requirements
Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds
Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds
Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitively
Walk, stand, repetitive use of hands, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms.
Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus
Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period
Must be able to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to accurately perform all assigned job duties in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
Must be able to work with the public in a professional manner
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is constantly exposed to variable temperatures, bright flashing lights, and loud noise environment
