Job Summary
We are seeking a meticulous Rooms Inspector to ensure our guests enjoy a comfortable and clean stay. The ideal candidate will oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house areas in accordance with company standards.
Responsibilities
Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to quality standards.
Verify that all amenities and supplies are stocked.
Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department.
Train and supervise room attendants on cleaning procedures and standards.
Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of back‑of‑house areas.
Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with the housekeeping department to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and proper use of cleaning equipment.
Physical ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
