Job Description
We are looking for a driven, detail‑focused, and highly organized Controller to join our leadership team in a fully onsite role. This position is ideal for a collaborative professional who excels in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment, consistently delivers accurate results, and adapts easily to change. You will oversee all aspects of our financial operations, including accounting, compliance, reporting, payroll, tax, and internal controls. You will report to the Vice President of Operations Sales and work closely with the Leadership Team to ensure the company’s financial integrity and to support strategic decision‑making that drives growth and efficiency. Oversee all aspects of financial accounting, reporting, and internal controls for the manufacturing operations. Manage month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes, including accurate inventory valuation, cost of goods sold, and variance analysis. Develop and maintain standard costing systems, BOMs, Bill of Materials, and routing standards in collaboration with Production and Engineering teams. Lead manufacturing cost accounting initiatives, including labor, overhead, and material cost analysis, scrap tracking, and efficiency metrics. Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, management reports, and KPI dashboards tailored for manufacturing operations. Conduct detailed variance analysis of material, labor, and overhead and partner with operations leadership to identify cost‑saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement. Manage inventory control processes, cycle counts, physical inventories, and obsolescence reserves. Work closely with the executive team on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning. Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and any industry‑specific requirements. Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team while fostering a collaborative and high‑performance culture. Skills Required

Bachelor’s degree

Experience in a manufacturing environment

Proven experience in a financial leadership role, with hands‑on management of accounting teams

Effective communicator with experience working cross‑functionally and advising executive leadership

Skills Preferred

Electronic precision machining

Medical device manufacturing

Familiarity with government contracting or ITAR

ISOAS9100 compliance
