Paralegal Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in employment or class action law
Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred
Civil litigation filing experience required
Strong understanding of legal terminology, court procedures, discovery, and trial preparation
Skilled in drafting and filing pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
Ability to assist attorneys in case preparation, client communication, deposition scheduling, and document management
Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal database software with strong organizational and time management skills
Must be able to handle multiple deadlines and thrive in a fast‑paced legal environment
Paralegal Preferred Background & Skills
Experience supporting complex litigation, class action, or wage‑and‑hour cases
Detail‑oriented professional with excellent communication, research, and client service skills
