RN - ICU

We are seeking a skilled ICU RN who is open to floating to Medical Surgical Telemetry units as necessary. The traveler will be part of a flex pool and will primarily work with critically ill patients in a Level IV trauma facility.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
Float to MS Tele units as needed and manage patient loads effectively.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using Cerner charting system.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Active, unrestricted Arizona RN License or valid, participating compact license.
Minimum of 2 years of ICU or strong MS Tele experience.
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required.
Previous experience in a flex pool or floating environment is preferred.
