Your Role in Our Mission
As Behavior Technician II (BT II), you will make a huge impact by supporting individuals at the Adult Crisis Therapeutic Home who have co-occurring disabilities and/or behavioral health needs. Your key responsibilities will include facilitating daily programs and rehabilitative activities, providing therapeutic interventions, and assisting with personal care. As a member of the REACH team, you will work closely with participants' primary care providers, community crisis services, and families to ensure comprehensive support for those referred to the home.

Competitive Rate: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Sign‑on and retention bonus paid out at successful completion of 3, 6, and 12 months (full‑time new hires only). Plus, additional yearly stipends provided as grant funding permits!

What We’re Looking For

BT II: Qualified Mental Health Professional Trainee, or

The ability to register as a Qualified Mental Health Professional Trainee and be approved within 30 days of hire

Experience working with IDD/Behavioral Health (BH) disorders required

Maintain valid state‑appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
