Overview
We are seeking a
Coupa Technical Consultant
with hands-on experience integrating
Coupa with PeopleSoft ERP , specifically focused on enhancing and maintaining financial integrations. This role will primarily support updates to the
Ok2Pay (Approved Invoice File)
integration, ensuring accurate and efficient data flow between systems.
This is a short-term engagement ideal for a technical consultant who can quickly assess existing integrations, implement updates, and support testing efforts in a live enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and update existing
Ok2Pay (Approved Invoice File)
integration between Coupa and PeopleSoft
Modify and enhance
flat file-based integrations
to support evolving business requirements
Perform
unit testing
of integration updates and validate data accuracy
Support
regression testing
of existing integrations to ensure stability and prevent downstream issues
Troubleshoot and resolve integration defects, data discrepancies, and processing errors
Collaborate with functional and technical teams across Coupa and PeopleSoft environments
Document changes, testing results, and integration workflows
Required Qualifications
Proven experience with
Coupa implementations and integrations
Hands-on experience integrating
Coupa with PeopleSoft ERP
Strong experience working with
Ok2Pay / invoice payment file integrations
Expertise in
flat file integrations (inbound/outbound processing, transformations, validations)
Experience with
unit testing and regression testing
in integration environments
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills across financial data flows
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, short-term engagement
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with
PeopleSoft Financials (AP/Payments modules)
Familiarity with
middleware or integration tools
(if applicable in prior environments)
Experience working in
enterprise finance or procurement systems
Prior experience in
post-implementation support or optimization projects
Deliverables
Updated and validated Ok2Pay integration file(s)
Successful completion of unit and regression testing cycles
Documentation of changes and test results
Stabilized integration performance with minimal defects
