Warehouse Positions - Multiple Openings
Location: Waco, TX
Schedule: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM and 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
SC2 is hiring for multiple full-time warehouse positions at our Waco, TX facility. These roles support daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, assembly, forklift operation, and shipping.
Open roles include Receiving Material Checker, Warehouse Associate, Material Picker, Receiving, Assembler, and Shipping Team Lead.
General duties for positions may include:
• Picking, packing, and assembling products
• Receiving and inspecting incoming materials
• Loading and unloading trailers with forklift
• Moving materials throughout the facility safely
• Operating forklifts or material-handling equipment (as assigned)
• Using scanners and inventory systems
• Verifying shipping accuracy and documentation

Requirements
• Reliable attendance is required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand and walk 8-10 hours per shift
• Most positions require forklift experience or certification preferred (role-dependent)
• Basic computer and scanner skills (role-dependent)
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Must pass required pre-employment screenings (background check)
• Overtime may be required
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, not required
