
Recruiting Specialist

ABC Supply, the nation’s largest distributor of select exterior building products, is currently seeking a Recruiting Specialist to join its success-driven team. This role will support internal recruiting functions. The Recruiting Specialist will work with the recruiting team to ensure ABC Supply managers have the tools and resources they need to connect with top talent and fulfill their hiring needs.
Specific duties may include:
Utilizing a network of partnerships to identify qualified candidates (job boards, trade schools, community resources, placement agencies, etc.)
Placing job advertisements as requested
Following up with managers to ensure requisitions are filled in a timely manner
Maintaining job requisitions within the HCM
Assisting in recruiting program development projects
Other duties as assigned
Specific qualifications include:
Two-year’s experience in a fast-paced office setting is preferred
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Strong follow-through, attention to detail, and accuracy in work
Experience in recruiting and/or human resources is welcomed but not required
