
TPA and Insurance Regulatory Licensing Specialist - Virtual

We are seeking an experienced TPA and Insurance Regulatory Licensing Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of direct experience in TPA licensing and insurance producer/entity licensing. These qualifications are required for consideration.
Core Responsibilities
Application Management – Review and process new and renewal licensing applications for accuracy and compliance.
Regulatory Monitoring – Track state insurance and TPA regulatory changes to ensure all credentials remain current.
Record Maintenance – Maintain organized, secure, and audit‑ready licensing records.
Internal Support – Provide guidance on licensing requirements and respond to inquiries from staff and partners.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in TPA licensing and insurance producer/entity licensing.
Solid understanding of state statutes and regulatory terminology.
Proficiency with databases, MS Office, and AI/Copilot tools.

Salary Pay Range
Minimum: 47,000.00 USD
Maximum: 58,000.00 USD
