What You’ll Do
As a Senior Baker at Sodexo, you are also a team player and food waste reducer. You’ll prepare and create delicious baked goods while putting customer service at the heart of everything you do.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and/or supervise daily production of baked goods; participate in costing and ordering related to bakery items/ products/ menu
Insure portion and inventory control
Produce pastry/ dessert for the account within budgetary guidelines as directed.
Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
