Some of the duties for the Baker will be:
Prepare all baked goods and desserts from start to finish using established hotel recipes
Ensure cleanliness and proper function of all kitchen/bakery appliances and equipment used in the preparation of dishes
Ensure adequate supplies of all raw materials needed to prepare baked goods and dessert items
