
Systems Administrator

The Systems Administrator is responsible for maintaining the reliability, functionality, and day-to-day support of the company’s technology stack. This role owns internal help desk support, resolves system issues, and ensures employees can operate successfully across all platforms. In addition, the Systems Administrator develops clear SOPs to standardize processes and manages offshore resources responsible for executing system changes. This role is critical to keeping systems running smoothly, scalable, and aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities and Duties
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal system support across the organization.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across all core platforms in a timely manner.
Maintain documentation of common issues and resolutions.
Coordinate and implement system updates, enhancements, and configuration changes.
Manage and oversee offshore team members responsible for executing system changes and updates.
Create, maintain, and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for system use and support.
Education & Certifications
High school diploma or equivalent degree
Associates and/or Bachelor Degree; may substitute Degree requirement with a combination of education/experience; and minimum of two years’ experience as Administrator and/or managing sales, customer service, and human resources functions within an office setting
Valid drivers license
Valid state required proof of auto insurance.
Preferred Skills
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across multiple software platforms.
Experience managing or coordinating offshore or remote teams preferred.
Ability to create clear, structured documentation and SOPs.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical issues into simple terms.
Experience with SaaS platforms, user management, and system integrations preferred.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
