
Supervisor Building Maintenance

Responsibilities
Oversee an eight-person maintenance team.
Ensure all industrial machinery is operating correctly and safely.
Verify that custodial duties are completed effectively and plant standards are consistently met.
Manage and meet preventive maintenance schedules.
Ensure necessary materials and supplies are available for the team.
Respond to maintenance requests in accordance with plant standards.
Diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems.
Diagnose and repair plumbing issues.
Repair pneumatic tools.
Diagnose and repair industrial electrical issues.
Train and coach team members to build the skills required for their roles.
Communicate clearly and effectively with staff at all levels.
Use precision measuring tools to confirm that machine tolerances are within specification.
Qualifications
Ability to remain physically active for extended periods while moving throughout the campus.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, including lifting overhead when required.
Ability to access and navigate all areas of the facility, including confined or elevated spaces.
Must be able to safely access and inspect all company equipment.
