
Plant Services Administration

WAGES:
Hourly. Commensurate with skills and experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides administrative support to Plant Services Team
Creates weekly/monthly customer cost reports
Timekeeper tasks- track driver hours, travel time, and truck hours during turnarounds
Cross train in billing and customer service
Setup and maintain SAP notes
Maintain Group Spreadsheets
Organize turnaround meetings with necessary internal departments
Monitor and follow up on paperwork email correspondence
Communicate effectively with industrial sales representatives and management
Research to resolve billing issues
Other tasks as assigned by manager
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an office environment
Must be local (Live within 60 miles)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook programs
Intermediate mathematical skills
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem solving and effective time management skills
Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple deadlines
Flexibility to come in early or stay late when necessary
Ability to work well with others in a fast paced team environment
Professional appearance and demeanor
PREFERRED
Experience in the industrial industry
Experience in the oil and gas industry
SAP Experience
Minimum of 1 year of prior billing experience
