We are seeking a
Direct Support Professional (DSP)
with
behavioral care experience , available for
1-on-1 care in a Downtown facility . This role involves supporting a
male client
during
morning shifts , available between
7 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. , available
on weekdays , and

Responsibilities
As a DSP at Right at Home SLC, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for a male client. Your responsibilities include providing companionship to foster meaningful connections, assisting with personal hygiene such as peri‑care, bathroom or in‑bed support, and brief changes to ensure comfort and dignity, as well as managing light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe, clean environment. You will also prepare nutritious meals tailored to client needs, offer transportation for outings or appointments to keep clients socially engaged, and provide timely medication reminders to help him manage his health effectively. This multifaceted role is designed for compassionate individuals dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of others.
Benefits
Competitive Base Pay:
Starting at $16.75 up to $18.25/hour (depending on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA), minimum $27.50 per shift
Training/GUIDE Respite Rate:
$16.75/hour for any training or GUIDE Respite shifts
Raises:
Available after 60 days and annual reviews with consistent hours
Bonus:
Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week and required documents completed)
Mileage:
Paid between client visits (if under one hour apart)
CNA School Program:

Qualifications
Valid driver's license and car
Over 18 years old
Eligible to work in the United States
Able to pass a background check
Experience in managing dementia and behavioral conditions
