The Supply Execution Management team is the primary interface between markets and supply chain operations, connecting market needs with execution to balance short-term demand and supply while enabling proactive responsiveness and executional excellence. Encompassing Allocation and Order Management functions, the team ensures the efficient flow of products from Distribution Centers to end customers, optimizing inventory deployment, order fulfillment, and service to enhance the overall customer experience.
The EDI Onboarding Specialist supports the onboarding of accounts to EDI, including testing, troubleshooting EDI setup issues, and validating flow of production orders. This role requires a strong attention to detail, advanced technical capabilities, ability to troubleshoot data mismatches and failures, and proactive communication skills
Core Responsibilities:
Partner with the Customer Logistics team to gather and document customer specifications and requirements for EDI
Assess customer readiness by ensuring all "Definition of Ready" (DOR) criteria are met
Coordinate EDI onboarding prioritization with Sales and the Global EDI Support team
Collaborate with the Global Master Data/BSO team to validate customer master data and configure setups in the test system
Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in partnership with the Global EDI Support team
Manage and support stakeholders by communicating UAT progress, identifying risks or delays, and coordinating readiness for production deployment
Monitor and report production issues based on alerts from Order Management or customers; investigate root causes and implement corrective actions with the Global EDI Support team
Do you have what it takes?
Experience in EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) onboarding and testing
Familiar with EDI standards (i.e. ANSI X12, EDIFACT)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
High level of drive and results-orientation mindset
Skilled at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Collaborative team player with the ability to build effective partnerships across cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Embraces different ideas, opinions, and approaches to support building an inclusive culture
Proficient in SAP, Power BI, Jira, and Miro
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including functions, pivot tables, and data visualization
Boston office based position; minimum commutable days to office is 3 days per week.
The salary for this position has a range of min 84,488 to max 126,732 annual based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The definitive compensation may vary in alignment with the selected candidate's professional background, experience, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.

The salary for this position has a range of $84,488.00 - $126,732.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
