About the Role – Server Assistant
The Server Assistant is responsible primarily for assisting the Server in serving guests. This person must have good communication skills, the ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight, and thrive in a fast‑paced position with continual customer contact.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests
Understand customers’ needs and provide personalized solutions
Communicate effectively with other servers and colleagues
Ensure orderliness and safety guidelines in the restaurant
Wage Information
The hourly rate for the position is $18.50.

Qualifications
True desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment
Refined verbal and written communication skills
Experience and thorough understanding of guest services
Previous experience in a luxury resort preferred
Professional presentation
Highly responsible and reliable
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
Ability to stand for long periods of time
