We are seeking a Level 5 Integrated Program Planner for the Life Extension 2 program in Englewood, CO.
Responsibilities
Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of planning and schedule management.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customer communication and status reporting.
Oversee performance against program budgets and communicate necessary adjustments to Cost Account Managers.
Estimate future resource requirements for staffing profiles or proposals, including time‑phased analyses, critical path verification, and schedule risk assessments.
Resolve schedule conflicts, develop and implement work‑around strategies, and propose tactical alternatives.
Analyze performance and health metrics to facilitate actions that improve program performance.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
Extensive experience developing and maintaining network schedules throughout the program life cycle, including integrity checks, critical path analysis, and schedule risk analysis.
Experience delivering project briefings to internal and external customers.
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) including cost, schedule integration, and DCMA surveillance.
U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Desired Skills
Active Secret security clearance.
8+ years of experience in planning or program management disciplines.
Experience creating, maintaining, and providing analysis for programs.
Practical application of program planning processes and software.
Understanding of Integrated Program Management DIDs (IPMR & IPMDAR).
Expertise with Microsoft Project Server or Open Plan Professional.
Experience with IMS development and maintenance, including Integrated Master Plan (IMP) creation and integration with IMS.
Knowledge of subcontractor and government‑furnished equipment integration with the Prime Contractor’s IMS.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build deep relationships.
Strong team‑building, influencing, and relationship‑management skills.
