Holland Village , a senior living community, is seeking a
Transportation and Scheduling Coordinator
to join our team.
Responsibilities of Transportation Coordinator
Assure the facility vehicles are clean and properly maintained.
Fill vehicle with gasoline at pre-approved service stations.
Assists as back up driver when one is not available to take residents to appointments.
Assist residents in and out of the vehicle using the wheelchair lifts and/or stairs.
Ensure residents are safely seated with seat belts or in wheelchair locking mechanisms.
Account for all residents' presence when leaving or returning to the Community.
Follow up with SNF residents with doctor appointments. Scheduling of doctor appointments
Oversees driving staff schedules.
Composes reports for monthly records.
Call residents' rooms for morning reminders.
Assist residents in wheelchairs during activities outside the Community.
