Quality Manager - People & Process Leader with 5+ Years of Quality Experience and a BS in Engineering or Science
The Quality Manager will oversee end‑to‑end manufacturing and fabrication of water filtration equipment, including laser and saw cutting, welding, painting, and final assembly. This role partners closely with the Sr. Quality Manager and the Thomasville Operations Director, working cross‑functionally to drive quality excellence and support key business objectives.
Location and Hours
Thomasville, GA campus – fully on‑site. Standard working hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of five direct reports using the MDI (Manage for Daily Improvement) process
Provide coaching, feedback, and daily support
Collect, analyze, and report on Customer DPD, Supplier PPM, COPQ, and NCRs
Champion the 8‑Step problem‑solving methodology
Lead and support RCCA activities
Understand customer requirements and integrate feedback into quality processes
Oversee the NCR process and ensure timely resolution
Monitor supplier performance and lead supplier‑related root cause investigations
Partner with Engineering to track and resolve drawing improvements (ECMs)
Develop and implement quality procedures and standards
Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation
Implement relevant quality checks and processes (e.g., PPAP)
Lead the Thomasville site through ISO 9001 certification
Manage Quality RMAs and drive corrective actions
Lead initiatives to improve quality performance and operational effectiveness

Qualifications
BS degree in Engineering or a Science field (required)
ISO 9001 or equivalent experience (required)
5+ years of Quality Manufacturing experience (required)
5+ years of Quality Management experience (preferred)
Certifications such as CQA, CQE, or Six Sigma Green Belt are a plus

Estimated salary range: $90,000–$130,000 plus bonus (actual starting pay depends on experience, skills, and location).
