Korn Ferry is looking for a Contract Reporting Implementation Lead with RPO or Talent Acquisition reporting experience who will support our RPO clients. This is a remote, individual contributor position.
The Reporting Implementation Lead will be part of the Global Reporting Center of Expertise, responsible for delivering data analytics and reporting suites for the internal business and our external clients. The role will work alongside the Global Implementation Team to ensure successful setup of new client reporting suites and integration of client systems into Korn Ferry technologies, serving as the subject‑matter expert leading the reporting workstream.
Key Accountabilities

Partner with Implementation team and client stakeholders to manage and execute reporting workstream deliverables.
Develop and audit ongoing reporting on all aspects of the recruitment process using data from applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, TalentLink) and Korn Ferry’s internal data warehouse.
Facilitate the development of future‑state processes, business requirements, and key performance metrics.
Perform full‑cycle testing as well as the development and execution of processes.
Develop and oversee integrations between multiple technologies or within Talent Management suites.
Participate in or facilitate fit/gap sessions to identify technology gaps to customer’s processes.
Deliver regular reports such as weekly, monthly and quarterly performance dashboards in Excel and Power BI.
Interpret and analyze data to identify important trends, measure performance against goals, alert stakeholders to issues, and suggest areas for improvement to ensure goals are met.
Proactively audit data, highlight variances to the business and help improve data quality.
Help continually improve data management, suggest opportunities to avoid problems and anticipate future data needs.
Skills & Experience

Reporting implementation experience for an RPO very strongly desired.
5+ years of data reporting analytics experience.
2+ years of experience implementing reporting solutions.
5+ years of experience in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.).
Experience overseeing integrations between multiple technologies.
Ability to engage and consult with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Capability to manipulate, visualize and present data in an understandable way.
Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
High attention to detail.
High school diploma; 4-year degree preferred.
