Schedule
Flexible business hours, Monday–Friday
On-call every 6th weekend and every 6th weekday
What You'll Do
Coordinate and oversee care to ensure quality outcomes for residents
Support palliative care services focused on comfort, symptom management, and quality of life
Collaborate with rehabilitation teams to help residents reach their highest level of function
Supervise day‑to‑day care and team member performance
Ensure care plans are followed, updated, and compliant with regulations
Assist with staffing coordination and team support
Foster a safe, comfortable, and home‑like environment for residents
Participate in on‑call rotation
What We're Looking For
Current Wisconsin RN license
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Previous experience in a related setting
Strong leadership, organization, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Team‑oriented with excellent communication skills
Passion for providing high‑quality, compassionate care
