What You’ll Do
Support installation, commissioning, and decommissioning of powder filling and process equipment
Perform planned and emergency maintenance on installed systems
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical issues—both onsite and remotely
Ensure minimal downtime and maximum equipment performance
Act as the face of the company in the field
Build strong, lasting relationships through clear communication and professionalism
Identify service opportunities, recommend upgrades, and suggest spare parts
Support optimization of customer systems and processes
Prepare detailed service reports, inspection summaries, and start‑up documentation
Collaborate with internal teams across service, sales, and project management
Customer Training & Support
Provide operator training on equipment use and preventive maintenance
Conduct site visits and performance audits
Adhere to all safety policies, OSHA standards, and customer HSE requirements
What You Bring
Experience & Technical Skills
5+ years of field service experience with powder handling, filling, or process equipment
Strong mechanical aptitude with hands‑on troubleshooting experience
Solid knowledge of pneumatics and electrical systems, P&IDs, instrumentation, production diagrams, powder transport, packaging, and palletizing systems
Industry Knowledge
Familiarity with GMP, FDA, 3A, and related regulatory standards
Professional Skills
Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills
Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proactive mindset with a strong work ethic
Requirements
Valid driver’s license
Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% (primarily U.S. & Canada, with some international travel)

Pay Range
The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $31 and $45 per hour. This range varies by location. The pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary; it is the budgeted amount for the position. Final offers are based on skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other job‑related factors. You may be eligible for additional rewards, such as discretionary bonus and/or equity awards.
