About the Team
The Retail Bank Marketing team is continuing to grow to offer VIP marketing experiences to consumers, and the Marketing Technology that fuels these experiences is critical to get right. This role, Audience Capabilities Product Manager, which resides within the Marketing Audience Products team, plays a critical role in driving this marketing destination state.
A key component of the role is balancing the day‑to‑day responsibilities to deliver high value marketing campaigns with the refinement and prioritization of platform initiatives that accelerate and simplify the way that we manage data sources, calculated features, and rules. This is a highly collaborative role that will work horizontally across Retail Bank Marketing to ensure our capabilities are extensible and understood.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 2 years of experience working in Product Management
Preferred Qualifications
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
A Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
A Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

Salary ranges by location:
McLean, VA: $111,200 - $126,900
New York, NY: $121,300 - $138,400
Wilmington, DE: $101,100 - $115,400
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discriminatory depending on the plan.
