Kitchen Design Specialist - Luxury Design Center | Miami, FL

Are you an experienced design professional passionate about luxury kitchen design? We seek a Kitchen Design Specialist for our client's prestigious showroom. In this exciting role, you will report directly to the Manager and be responsible for creating stunning floor plans and renderings from concept sketches that feature the company's brands. Your expertise will shine as you work with a diverse clientele, including design professionals, architects, developers, marketing firms, retailers, and individual customers. You’ll leverage your knowledge of architectural drawings, CAD files, and 3D renderings to craft floor plans that perfectly complement the company's brands. Beyond your technical and design prowess, your role will also involve engaging with clients, using your positive and persuasive skills to make the company's products their top choice. If you have a flair for design, a knack for sales, and thrive on creating exquisite solutions for discerning clients, this role could be for you. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (Kitchen Design or related)
3-5 Years of Experience (Kitchen Design (CKD))
Certified Kitchen Designer (CKD)
Familiar with commercial and residential design
Extensive computer knowledge of graphic, CAD software, design principles, 3D program, ability to hand draw designs
Field of household and kitchen environment knowledge is preferred
Good understanding of Interface Design and capable of making detailed designs
Knowledge of construction and manufacturing standards with connection to design
Proven track record of ability to excel in attaining maximum sales results through successful interaction with established customers and the development of new prospects
Extensive knowledge of the studio market, cabinet manufactures, custom cabinets and the cabinet industry in general
Strong knowledge on building codes and computer aided design experience
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong attention to detail skills and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Occasional travel local and nationally - Travel Percentage – 10%
Compensation and Benefits

Annual Salary+ Bonus Structure+ Full Benefits
Annual salary is based on experience
Bonus structure is set to an incentive target, a portion is paid quarterly and annually
