Immigration Attorney
for its client in the
West Michigan
area. In this role, you will work closely with the lead attorney and support staff to ensure all legally necessary protocols are followed while directly contributing to client success. This position is ideal for a driven attorney who thrives in a performance-based environment and is eager to maximize earning potential through successful case outcomes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide legal advice and counsel during client consultations.
Manage and handle immigration cases from intake through resolution.
Prepare and review filings for immigration proceedings and administrative processes.
Represent clients in immigration court hearings and USCIS interviews.
Collaborate with legal assistants and support staff to ensure timely case progress.
Maintain high standards of client communication and case management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school
Active admission to a U.S. state bar (Michigan preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in immigration law
Experience in removal defense and/or criminal law is a plus
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong advantage, but not required
