## Job Description# Product Owner* Partner closely with product and engineering teams to gather, document, and refine business and technical requirements* Serve as the primary owner of requirements through development, testing, and release* Support UAT efforts, including creation of UAT test plans, test cases, and execution support* Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria* Document processes, workflows, and integrations to support regulated product delivery* Track work and progress using tools such as JIRA, TFS, or Azure DevOps* Collaborate with technical teams to support API‐driven integrations* Assist with product ownership responsibilities as new products are introduced, including backlog grooming and prioritization* Operate effectively in a regulated environment where products require approval from governing bodies (e.g., state-level review)* Opportunity to work on real, revenue‐driving insurance products with direct impact* Blended Business Analyst / Product Owner role offering broad exposure across product lifecycle* Fast‐paced, hands‐on environment where initiative and ownership are valued* Collaborative product‐centric culture with strong engineering partnership* Excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and being deeply embedded in delivery* Ability to understand and communicate **technical concepts** and work effectively with engineering teams* Experience using **JIRA, TFS, Azure DevOps**, or similar tools for tracking work* Familiarity with **API‐based integrations** and backend system interactions* Experience working in a **regulated environment** (financial services, insurance, healthcare, or similar)- Strong background in **Business Analysis and Product Ownership**, including:
* Requirements gathering
* UAT testing and test plan creation
