Worship and Creative Arts Pastor – Full-Time
Pathway Church in Mobile is a vibrant, Spirit-filled multi site church passionate about worship, community, and reaching people with the Gospel.
Role
Lead dynamic, Christ-centered worship services and build a strong, growing worship and production team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead worship weekly and for special services
Develop and disciple musicians, vocalists, and tech teams
Plan services in collaboration with pastoral staff
Oversee worship and coordinate the overall worship programs of all campuses.
Qualifications
Strong vocal and musical ability
Experience leading worship in a church setting
Alignment with Pathway Church’s beliefs and values
Leadership and team-building skills
