Receptionist/Administrative Support
This position will provide reception and administrative support for employees of TDX Corporation and its subsidiaries, as well as supporting the Human Resources (HR) department.
Reception / Office Duties:
Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, check voicemail, transfer calls, and relay messages promptly.
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring proper sign-in and notifying appropriate departments.
Receive incoming deliveries and prepare outgoing packages (e.g., FedEx).
Operate office equipment such as fax, scanner, and copier
Maintain cleanliness of reception and break room areas daily
Support supervisors with administrative tasks including mailing, labels, deposits, errands, and other assigned duties.
Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment, including ordering inventory and coordinating service requests.
Sort, date-stamp, distribute, and scan daily mail for all TDX companies, ensuring secure handling.
Reserve conference rooms for meetings.
All other duties as assigned.
HR Support:
Provide direct administrative support to HR operations.
Answer employees generic HR questions
Schedule and co-facilitate interviews with hiring managers.
Respond to applicant inquiries regarding application status
Assist with general HR tasks as assigned.
All other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to type 30 wpm accurately.
Microsoft Office Suite experience.
Ability to use a calculator.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Preferred Requirements:
Secretary/receptionist experience.
Human Resources experience.
