Cardiothoracic Surgeon Needed in New York! This position offers exceptional remuneration, flexible work schedule for a great work‑life balance, and fantastic support. We are looking for a full‑time Locum or Locum to Permanent position for clinic, OR, and call coverage, capable of splitting between multiple surgeons. The cardiac surgery program has been around since the early 1990s, with a current heart surgery volume trending at 300+. This is the only cardiac surgery and interventional program within 60 miles. The surgeon will perform CABG, valve procedures, and TAVR support, but no LVADs or transplants. The clinic currently has one cardiac surgeon and aims to add up to three. Support is also provided by a group out of Syracuse one to two days a week. The team includes three employed PAs and one Locum PA.
