Oven Operator
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Oven Operators for a metal fabrication and manufacturing company in Fergus Falls, MN. This team uses advanced metal stamping technology and provides end-to-end production supportdesign through finishing. In this role, youll help ensure high-quality molded products by operating machinery, following safety standards, and supporting production goals. What You'll Do at the Oven Operator:
Follow all safety policies, procedures, and safe work methods; recommend safety improvements
Inspect machinery according to daily checklists
Meet and maintain production cycle goals
Ensure correct pre-measured powder is used for each mold
Demold products safely and efficiently
Replace defective j-hooks on molds in a timely manner
Inspect finished parts, empty parts containers, and stop operations if quality issues arise
Ensure all parts meet required specifications
What You Need to Bring to the Oven Operator Role:
Forklift certification
Previous experience as a plastic machine operator
Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills
Ability to read and accurately use a tape measure
Ability to work cooperatively with team members to meet production goals
Willingness to perform general labor duties as needed
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations
Ability to pass any required pre-employment screenings
Reliable transportation to the Fergus Falls area
